Greetings and thank you for your interest in my work.
My name is Free Woman
In April of 2017, I flew to South Africa to stay for one month. In that one month, three girls under the age of five were raped and murdered by adult men. I let my return flight go, knowing I had to help.
Six months later, I am now in Kenya after travelling on the ground in South Africa, Rwanda and Uganda.
6 problems persist everywhere I go:

Self hatred / loss of culture / internalized oppression

The trauma, internalized racism, and oppression I have encountered here cannot be legislated away. It must be healed from within.

I am reaching out to more than 300 healers of social change activism to join me in creating a network of grassroots healers to heal and decolonize the world together.
